Aric Lasky, Co-Founder
Before co-founding LS Realty Group, now LS Capital, with Tim Siegel in 1998, Aric was an associate real estate transaction attorney with the international law firm of Paul Hastings. Aric holds a JD and a Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine with a BA in Social Ecology and a minor in Management. Aric is a Real Estate Broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
Tim Siegel, Co-Founder
Before co-founding LS Realty Group, now LS Capital, with Aric Lasky in 1998, Tim was employed as a Manager of Acquisitions and Development with AvalonBay Communities Inc. Tim holds a BA from the University of California, Riverside, with an emphasis in Real Estate and has received his Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Tim is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where he has co-authored a book on urban housing sub-markets, and has his California Real Estate Broker and General Contractor Licenses.
Luke Dixon, Co-Founder
Before co-founding LS Capital Group, now LS Capital, with Aric Lasky and Tim Siegel in 2011, Luke served as Director of Debt Acquisitions at a prominent private equity company. In 2011, Luke was featured as one of the industry’s up and coming stars in ALM’s Real Estate Forum 40 under 40, the industry’s authoritative voice for over 60 years. Luke has successfully negotiated and closed over $1.5 billion in loan purchases in his career. He received his BBA in Finance from Boise State University where he played on the nationally ranked Boise State Football Team.
Nate Odio, Managing Partner
Nate jointed LS Capital in 2011 as an investment analyst and was promoted to Partner in 2014 and again to Managing Partner in 2025. Nate is responsible for overall management of the company as well as sourcing investment opportunities, asset management of the existing portfolio, and capital raising. Nate has been instrumental in overseeing LS Capital’s growth from a portfolio of 20 investment properties to over 100 investment properties. As a result of Nate’s management, LS Capital has expanded its portfolio into the Pacific Northwest and Midwest markets of the United States and to include the multi-family housing market segment. Prior to joining LS Capital, Nate was a Leasing Associate at Westwood Financial in Los Angeles. Nate is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Matt Forsum, Managing Partner
Matt joined LS Capital as an investment analyst in 2011 where he focused on loan acquisitions from regional banks before leaving in 2013 and then returning as a Managing Partner in 2025 where he is now responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, asset management of the existing portfolio, and capital raising. Between stints at LS Capital, Matt worked at Spear Street Capital as a Vice President in the New York City office where he focused on value-add office investments and oversaw asset management, repositioning, and ground up development of projects in the US and Europe. Prior to Spear Street, Matt worked at Eastdil Secured and worked across all asset classes in both Europe and the US. Matt is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Adam Siddiqi, Partner, Director of Legal Affairs
Adam joined LS Capital in 2013, made partner in 2017, and serves as the Director of Legal Affairs. In his role at LS Capital, Adam manages various matters on both debt and equity transactions, which include due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, workouts and restructurings, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining LS Capital, Adam served as In-House Counsel for the fortune 500 software company Lexmark International. Adam holds a JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law; Adam is admitted to practice law in California. Adam is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated Cum Laude from the Miami University Farmer School of Business where he also was a collegiate boxer.
Dan Will, Partner, Senior Director of Loan Division
Dan has nearly 35 years of experience in banking and the debt capital markets. His banking career began in the early 80’s, primarily focused in the areas of real estate lending and credit administration. Dan participated in the purchase of assets from the FSLIC, RTC, and FDIC in the late 80’s through the mid 90’s when loans and loan portfolios were being sold in large volume from failed S&L’s and banks. In 1992 Dan became one of the principal owners of a bank in Northern New Mexico, serving as President, Chairman, CEO, and Chief Lending Officer of the bank and its holding company. The purchase and management of discounted mortgage portfolios on a nationwide basis has remained a focus of his over the last three decades and he has been involved in over $2 billion in such transactions over his career. Dan’s role at LS Capital is primarily in the area of asset management, loan workouts, and dispositions, but he is also involved in the areas of loan analysis, underwriting, and pricing of new acquisitions. Dan is a graduate of TCU and currently resides in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
